A Brief Rundown of the Test Sections:

English

Math

Reading

Science

It's an editing test! Grammar, punctuation, strategy, organization, and style--all those things your middle school grammar teacher shoved down your throat that you promptly forgot!

It's math! Overwhelmingly Algebra (>50%) and Geometry (30%-40%), but there's some other stuff, too (trig, logs, arithmetic, etc.). You can use your calculator on the whole thing, but they WON'T give you formulas, so you've got to know them (or hide them in your calculator, but SHHH!)

It's Reading! Four passages, each about ninety lines long, each followed by ten questions. What does the author say/imply/suggest, what do words mean in their contexts, what is the point of the whole thing (main idea)?

It's NOT Science--at least not how you're used to doing it. It's reading and interpreting scientific information in scientific formats (tables, charts, graphs, etc.). The question is: what should you be reading FOR? (We'll tell you.)
